One Account Per Person
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on jtwain. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotional credits awarded by jtwain are subject to wagering requirements before any related winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Attempting to circumvent these requirements is prohibited.
Taka Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on jtwain are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via approved local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
Fair Play & Fraud Prevention
jtwain employs automated and manual monitoring to detect fraudulent activity, collusion, arbitrage betting, and abuse of promotional offers. Any account found to be engaging in such activity will be suspended without notice and any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and jtwain (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the jtwain website located at jtwain.app and any associated mobile-optimised versions, applications, or services made available by jtwain from time to time.

Document Version
This version of the jtwain Terms & Conditions is effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersedes all previous versions. Players who registered prior to this date are subject to these updated terms from the effective date.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and maintain an account on jtwain, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. jtwain does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any gambling activity on the platform. This restriction applies absolutely and without exception.
- You must be accessing jtwain from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

jtwain reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or in response to any suspicious account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
If jtwain discovers that a player is under the age of 18, or that a player has provided a false date of birth to circumvent the age restriction, jtwain will immediately close the account, void all wagers placed during the period of underage use, and recover any winnings paid out in respect of those wagers. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the payment source where technically possible.

Bangladesh Players
jtwain's platform and content are designed for English-speaking players based in Bangladesh. Players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar are all welcome, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria above.
Account Registration & Verification
To access jtwain's full range of products and services, you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, and accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, and country of residence. All registration information must be truthful and kept up to date.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
jtwain operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with industry best practices for fraud prevention, age verification, and responsible gaming compliance. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, upon your first withdrawal request, if your account activity triggers an automated risk flag, or at jtwain's discretion at any time.
During KYC, you may be required to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method (screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet showing your name and registered number). jtwain will process KYC documents promptly and will notify you of the outcome by email.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jtwain login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. jtwain will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify jtwain immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on jtwain at any time. If jtwain identifies that a player holds or has attempted to create multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — jtwain reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or historical wagers, and forfeit all balances across those accounts without prior notice.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on jtwain — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jtwain does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, or Tap) may apply their own standard transaction charges.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on jtwain is ৳100. Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. jtwain reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits on a per-player or per-day basis, which will be communicated to affected players via account notification or email.
You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from a third party into your jtwain wallet, is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this rule may result in account suspension and investigation.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals processed to their registered mobile wallet within the same business day, subject to transaction volumes and the payment provider's processing times. jtwain does not guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes but commits to processing all verified withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and — where possible — to the same method used for your most recent deposit. jtwain may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual in size or frequency.
Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile wallet provider without first contacting jtwain support constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. If jtwain receives a chargeback in respect of a deposit made to your account, jtwain reserves the right to immediately suspend your account, reverse any winnings associated with that deposit, and recover the disputed amount from your remaining balance.

Bonus & Promotions Rules

Wagering Requirements
All bonus credits and any winnings derived from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to real-money withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the full bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before a withdrawal can be requested. Players must satisfy the wagering requirement within the stated expiry period; any unconverted bonus balance remaining after expiry will be forfeited automatically.
Bonus Eligibility
Welcome bonuses are available to new jtwain registrations only. A player who previously held a jtwain account — including an account that was closed or merged — is not eligible for welcome bonus offers. jtwain reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any player claiming a bonus and to void the bonus and any associated winnings if eligibility criteria are not met.
Prohibited Bonus Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus credits and associated winnings, and may result in account closure:
- Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
- Placing opposing wagers (hedging bets) across accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
- Using bonus funds exclusively on games that jtwain has excluded from bonus wagering contribution, in an attempt to drain wagering requirements without genuine play.
- Participating in coordinated bonus abuse with other players.
- Providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
General Bonus Conditions
jtwain reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail. All bonus-related disputes must be submitted to [email protected] within 14 days of the relevant event.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of jtwain, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, and in a manner that does not harm other players, jtwain, or any third party. The following obligations apply to your use of jtwain at all times.
You Must:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account details current.
- Use jtwain for personal, recreational gambling purposes only — not as a source of income or financial strategy.
- Maintain the security of your login credentials and log out of your account when not in use.
- Notify jtwain promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding online gambling in your jurisdiction.

You Must Not:
- Use any software, script, bot, crawler, spider, or automated tool to interact with jtwain's platform in any way not expressly permitted.

- Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using jtwain's platform.
- Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from jtwain without prior written consent.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse jtwain staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person, or use another player's account credentials.
- Exploit any technical error, software vulnerability, or pricing mistake on jtwain's platform. Any winnings accrued as a result of a confirmed technical error may be voided.
- Engage in any activity that jtwain, in its reasonable judgment, considers to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.
Intellectual Property
All content available on jtwain.app — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, game interfaces, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software code, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of jtwain or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
jtwain grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use jtwain.app for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to: collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from jtwain; use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools; download or copy account information for the benefit of another party; or use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" using jtwain's name or trademarks without our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jtwain excludes all liability for any losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the jtwain platform, including but not limited to:
- Any loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes — all gambling involves risk, and jtwain does not guarantee any return on wagers placed.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform, whether scheduled or unscheduled, including downtime for maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances outside jtwain's control.
- Any loss of data, including account history, wager records, or chat logs, resulting from system failures.
- Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by your payment provider, network outages, or third-party technical issues.
- Any inaccuracy in game outcomes caused by a software fault in a third-party game, provided jtwain takes reasonable corrective action upon becoming aware of the fault.
- Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss regardless of whether jtwain had been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Where jtwain's liability cannot be excluded by law, jtwain's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your jtwain account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jtwain is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure arises from circumstances beyond jtwain's reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, telecommunications failure, natural disasters, or civil disturbance.
Account Suspension & Closure
jtwain reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jtwain reasonably believes that:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purposes.
- The player has provided false or misleading registration information.
- The player is under 18 years of age.
- The player has registered multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
- Continued operation of the account poses a risk to jtwain's integrity, other players, or third parties.
- The player has requested self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
- jtwain is required to close the account by any applicable law or regulatory requirement.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jtwain will communicate the reason for suspension to the player by email and will seek to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe. Funds held in a suspended account will remain secure during the investigation period, subject to any legal hold or fraud-related withholding.
Voluntary Closure
Players who wish to close their jtwain account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any pending bonus obligations) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Self-Exclusion Option
If you are concerned about your gambling habits, jtwain's self-exclusion tool allows you to suspend your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to permanent closure. How to Close Your Account

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jtwain operates as a platform serving players in Bangladesh and applies the standards and legal principles applicable in that market in administering this Agreement.
Dispute Resolution Process
In the event of any dispute between you and jtwain relating to your use of the platform, bonuses, wager outcomes, payment processing, or account administration, you must first contact jtwain's customer support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. jtwain commits to:
- Acknowledging receipt of your complaint within 24 hours of submission.
- Providing a substantive response and proposed resolution within 5 business days.
- Escalating unresolved complaints to a senior review within 10 business days if the initial response is not accepted by the player.
jtwain requests that players exhaust the internal complaints procedure described above before seeking any external remedy. A complaint that has not been submitted to jtwain support before external escalation may affect the remedies available to the player.
Game Outcome Disputes
All game outcomes on jtwain are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game studios. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, jtwain will refer the matter to the game studio for independent review. The decision of the game studio regarding the technical outcome of any round shall be final and binding.
Amendments to These Terms
jtwain reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in applicable law, changes to our products and services, improvements to our operational processes, or any other reason jtwain considers appropriate.
When material changes are made to these Terms & Conditions, jtwain will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on jtwain.app for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of jtwain following the notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
